If you aren’t satisfied with iHideVPN’s service for any reason whatsoever, then you can claim a refund within 7 working days of your initial purchaser.

Remember, we will first try to resolve your issue successfully before processing the refund request.

Note: For Auto-Recurring Customers:

All paid subscriptions, including weekly, monthly, three-monthly, six-monthly and annual plans, will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the user prior to renewal. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account settings or by contacting our customer service at support@ihide.app.

Trial Account Refund Policy:

Please note that the 3-day iHide VPN trial account is refundable upon expiration of the trial period.

How to File a Refund?

To file a refund please send an email to support@ihide.app providing your VPN username and the reason for filing a refund.

How Soon Can I Expect the Refund to Complete?

iHide VPN offers a totally transparent process when it comes to refund policy. iHide VPN is committed to process refunds within 48 hours of a valid refund request. Payments may take up to 30 days to appear in your account depending on your bank, card or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Exclusion

Please note that this refund policy does not apply to accounts issued for special purposes, including promotions.

iHide VPN supports a variety of payment methods to make it easy for you to get iHide VPN. However, please note that some payment methods, including Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and certain third-party payment providers, do not support refunds. Such payment methods will be marked as “non-refundable” during checkout and are not covered by this policy.

Only one refund may be requested per user/account, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of iHide VPN.
